Terms of Service

TubeAI Pro ("Company", "we", "our service") is an AI-based content production platform that provides planning, script generation, image/video generation, rendering, and publishing support features.

These Terms govern your rights and obligations when using the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Unauthorized access, impersonation, fraudulent registration, or misuse of another person's account is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations.

You may delete your account at any time from My Page > Settings > Delete account, or through customer support (1:1 inquiry). Partner accounts with referral commissions to settle must apply through customer support. When you delete your account, you are signed out on all devices, your personal information and creations are deleted without delay under the Privacy Policy, information that the law requires us to keep is stored separately for the required period, free credits and membership benefits expire, and remaining paid credits are refunded under the Refund Policy only if you request it before deleting. Please download any outputs you need first.

Service output and availability may depend on third-party model/API providers.

We may update features, UI, pricing, and service configuration for security, compliance, or quality improvements.

Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access to some features.

The Service is operated as a beta before its official launch. If an error occurs during use, the Company fixes it and restores credits lost because of the error. Refunds where an error cannot be fixed and the feature clearly can no longer be used follow Article 8-2 of the Refund Policy.

Paid features may require subscription and/or credit purchases.

Payments are processed through designated payment partners, including Lemon Squeezy.

Credit usage varies by model, resolution, duration, and generation options.

Nature: The Master membership is a closed, paid membership service that discloses the Service's internal features and their usage methods and know-how only to paying members. It is digital content and a knowledge and information product (digital content usage service).

Duration: “Lifetime” means no separate usage period limit while the Company operates the Service. External AI engine costs are charged separately in credits.

Pre-purchase check and consent: Before payment, members can review the membership through introduction and pricing pages and trial opportunities, and the payment screen states that withdrawal is restricted. Members must confirm and consent before paying.

Protection of know-how: Member-only features and materials (usage methods, know-how, settings, guides, lectures, templates, etc.) are business assets of the Company. Members may use them only for their own use of the Service and may not share, transfer or lend accounts, copy, record or capture and leak or post them, or resell them as lectures, consulting, e-books or agency services.

Violations: If the above is violated, the Company may restrict use or terminate the contract; in that case the membership price is not refunded under Article 9 of the Refund Policy and the Company may claim damages.

Withdrawal, termination and refund criteria and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Master membership is refunded in full if requested within 7 days of payment and no member-only feature or material has been accessed or used.

Once a member accesses a member-only screen, runs a feature, views material, or uses credits after Master access is applied, the supply of digital content is deemed to have begun and withdrawal is not available under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean E-Commerce Act. Access or use is determined from the Company's server records.

The membership is not a free trial to be returned after use; refunds for a simple change of mind after access or use are not provided.

However, refunds are provided under applicable law and the Refund Policy where the service differs from what was displayed or advertised or from the contract, where the Company discontinues the Service or key features, for outages attributable to the Company, and for duplicate or excess charges.

Credit top-up refunds (unused top-ups, remaining paid credits, system error restoration, and automatic refunds on job failure or cancellation) follow Article 11 of the Refund Policy.

You may cancel recurring billing through available billing management channels.

You are responsible for the legality of your prompts, uploads, and published outputs.

You must not infringe third-party rights such as copyright, trademark, portrait, or privacy rights.

We may remove or restrict content that violates law, policy, or rights claims.

AI output may include errors and is provided "as is"; final review responsibility remains with the user.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party outages, or user-side faults.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

If there is any conflict between Korean and English versions of legal documents, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
